CHADRON – A concert series underway at ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College is giving local audiences, and anyone with an internet connection this fall, the opportunity to hear all 32 of the piano sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven, one of the most admired composers in the history of Western music.

UPDATE Oct. 24, 2020: Chinaza Nwosa has transferred the ownership of her company to her mother. CHADRON – Chinaza Nwosa, a ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College alumna and current graduate student from Lagos, Nigeria, recently created a cosmetic company, Peridot Beauty, that she said she hopes will boost the confidence, eloquence, and glamour of all women.

CHADRON – ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College’s second food pantry of the academic year will be Monday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Student Center information desk. The food pantry, targeted to increase awareness to food insecurity and help food insecure students, is provided by Shepherd’s Pantry at Immanuel Lutheran Church and CSC’s Student Senate.

CHADRON – ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College President Randy Rhine announced Thursday during an all-campus meeting that the 2020 Winter Undergraduate and Graduate Commencement Ceremonies have been postponed. However, the college does plan to honor its winter graduates during a virtual ceremony.
