LINCOLN – The Nebraska State College System Board of Trustees hosted its business meeting Wednesday in Lincoln. Prior to the meeting, the NSCS hosted a reception for Nebraska State Senators, and the Councils of Business Officers, Academic Officers, and Student Affairs Officers met.

CHADRON – The ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College Music Department’s spring schedule includes 19 events. In addition to recitals by CSC faculty and students, three guest artists will take the stage. Concerts will continue the Celebration of Women in Music series that began in Fall 2021 and include final installments in the series to honor Beethoven’s 250th year.All performances are free and open to the public. The Jan. 31 and Feb. 21 concerts will be broadcast by CSC Live.

CHADRON - ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College student Cooper Reichman is the Project Strive/TRiO Student of the Month for December. Reichman, a junior from Chappell, Nebraska, said he chose ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College because of its Rangeland program, which is the second largest academic program of its kind in the nation. He also works for the U.S. Forest Service office in ºÚÁÏ´óʼÇ. Reichman said he enjoys being part of a small school and small community because he gets to know a lot of people.
