Author, podcaster to present lecture about innate strengths

CHADRON – Award-winning leadership expert, executive coach, and author Dr. Patrice Buckner Jackson will present Discover Your Brilliance at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, in the ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College Student Center.
Jackson's presentation, which is free and open to the public, encourages participants to identify the unique value they innately bring to their work, relationships, and communities. Drawing on years of leadership experience, research, and personal insights, she will share practical strategies for recognizing individual strengths and leading with greater confidence and purpose.
"You have an innate brilliance," Jackson said. "There's a value that you bring to every space that you fill, without even trying. I'm not talking about overworking, overachieving, or overdoing. I'm talking about what you naturally bring to the world."
Jackson is an award-winning higher education leader, executive coach, author, and founder of EduCare Training and Consulting. For more than 20 years, she has helped individuals and organizations lead with purpose, resilience, and authenticity through leadership strategy, executive coaching, organizational consulting, and keynote presentations for colleges, universities, healthcare organizations, and professional associations across the country.
She earned a doctorate in Educational Administration from Georgia Southern University, where her research examined the role of deans of students in campus crisis management. During her career, Jackson has had senior leadership positions at Georgia Southern University, Augusta University, and Albany State University, leading initiatives in student success, crisis response, inclusive excellence, and organizational development. She also serves as on-call faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership, hosts the Heart Work with PBJ podcast, and is the author of Disrupting Burnout: The Professional Woman's Lifeline to Finding Purpose.
Drawing from both research and personal experience, Jackson believes understanding one's own strengths leads to greater confidence, creativity, and resilience.
"I truly believe if you accept the invitation on this journey," Jackson said, "you will be able to face every change, every challenge, every demand of your life and walk through it with boldness."
