Small Business Workshop is Saturday
The Nebraska Small Business Development Center at ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College is offering the Small Business Workshop on Saturday, March 27. The event will be 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Student Center.
The workshop will demonstrate how to plan, develop and prepare a strategic marketing plan and discuss the basics of accounting and law for a business. It is designed for small business operators who are looking into starting a business and those who have already opened.
Community business professionals will be present to discuss specific issues with participants. Presenters include to ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College business faculty members Dr. Timothy Donahue and Dr. James Koehn.
Cost is $40 per person, and $20 for additional business partners, CSC employees and students. Attendees will receive workshop materials and lunch. Participants may preregister by contacting the CSC conferencing office at 308-432-6380.
