Wellness Fair set in ºÚÁÏ´óʼÇ
The first ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç Community Wellness Fair will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15 in the Nelson Physical Activity Center at ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College.
The coordinator of the event, Jay Sutliffe, said the fair will provide people in the region with an awareness of the products and services that were available to them to encourage and motivate them towards a healthier lifestyle.
Sutliffe said fitness screening and activities will be available for every age. Numerous door prizes including an MP3 player, fitness memberships, t-shirts and water bottles will be given away.
