Third annual powwow set at ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State
ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College will host its third annual American Indian powwow Saturday, Nov. 6. The event, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 4:30 p.m. at the Student Center.
A free dinner will be served at 5 p.m. followed by traditional American Indian music and dance.
The powwow is being sponsored by ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State’s American Indian student organization, the White Buffalo Club. More information may be obtained by contacting ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College’s Mari Sandoz High Plains Heritage Center at (308) 432-6401.
