Presentation about African-American settlers set
Oral histories of African-American settlers in Nebraska will be the topic at the Phi Alpha Theta History Fraternity program at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 3 in the Student Center at ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College.
The speaker will be Vicki Troxel Harris of Cozad. She is a presenter with the Nebraska Humanities Council. Her appearance is being co-sponsored by the CSC Diversity Committee and Phi Alpha Theta. The program will be open to the public without charge.
Harris is the mother of Anne Dockweiler, the ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State nurse.
