Children's book author coming to ºÚÁÏ´óʼÇ
A highly-regarded author of children’s books, Sneed Collard of Missoula, Mont., will be in ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç on Monday, Feb. 23. He will speak to ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç elementary students and their teachers in the morning and address the Ne-Kota Reading Council that evening in the Bordeaux Room of the Student Center at ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College.
Collard has written more than 30 children’s books. Most of them are science-oriented. He has traveled the world doing research and talking to children.
Collard’s presentation Monday night is primarily for area teachers and ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State students who are studying to be teachers, but it also will be open to the public.
