Title IX Training
At ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ¼Ç State College, all athletics units and campus groups should use the designated link above to request Title IX training, including annual required sessions, specialized classroom presentations, or trainings for clubs, activities, housing, and other campus connections. Please complete the request form as thoroughly as possible and include any additional details or comments in the space provided. This process replaces email requests and helps ensure efficient scheduling. The request will be reviewed by the Title IX office, and a response will be provided within one week to confirm the training or coordinate an alternative time if needed. Trainings are facilitated by the Coordinator or a designee based on availability.
The 2020 Title IX regulations - specifically, - require that all materials used to train personnel involved in the Grievance Process (the Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process for an allegation of Title IX sexual harassment) must be made publicly available. See below for all training materials that are covered by this requirement. Additional training materials used in the future will be added to this page as they occur and to the extent necessary for compliance. Training materials records are required to be maintained for seven (7) years.
