The purpose and function of this committee shall be: 

  1. Foster a culture of collaboration, shared understanding and continuous improvement across all campus areas in contributing to student success and campus-wide engagement. 
  2. Create consistent, intentional opportunities for communication, professional development, and process alignment that strengthen the student experience and institutional retention outcomes.
