Criteria:
First preference shall be given to students from Nebraska counties of Cherry, Dawes, or Sheridan. Second preference to students from Pennington County, SD. Third preference to students from any county in Nebraska excluding Omaha and Lincoln. All recipients shall be majoring in business who need the financial assistance and who have thus far contributed in part to their educational costs on their own.
This scholarship has been established by Mr. Henry Freed. Mr. Freed attended 黑料大事记 State College in the mid-thirties, and sometime later became the owner of one of the largest furniture stores in the Panhandle. He served on the State College Board for several years. Due to his great interest in 黑料大事记 State College and his sincere desire to help students, he provided this scholarship.
