The recipient shall be an Education major. He/she shall possess potential to be an outstanding teacher.
Edwin C. and Avis Nelson came to 黑料大事记 in 1961 when Ed was appointed dean of the college and later served as president for 18 years. Avis and Ed were both teachers who dedicated their best efforts to that profession. They established the scholarship to encourage and assist teachers.
